Price Changes and New Listing in Moana Estates

Not many new properties where on the Wailea REALTORS Caravan today but some good news.  First of all my Wailea Palms ocean view unit (Wailea Palms 3302) has reduced its asking price to $725,000.  There is also a Grand Champions Villas 1 bedroom unit coming on the market with an asking price of $350,000.  This is the lowest priced Wailea condo on the market!  For a residential unit a Wailea Fariways Villas 2 bedroom is reduced to $390,000!  These are great introductory prices into Wailea.

At Moana Estates we just reduced the asking of 17 N Kukui Pl to $699,000 and added 112 Laukahi St which is a large 5 bedroom 4 bath home to the market for $849,000.  This is great pricing for a new subdivision.

General market is still moving though not as fast as last week.  Cash still appears to be king but financing is becoming easier from all accounts.

FYI the EPA is posting new rules for homeowner/seller compliance regarding lead in older homes.  I will post links and information as it becomes available.  Aloha
